During the Spring Program 2023, you will work directly with Caty to identify your emotional states, handle them wisely, and fill your mind consciously with good impressions.
By the end of the Spring Program 2023, you will

Caty’s idea is to bring people together, where everyone is invited and feels safe to share, reflect and mirror their experiences. You will have the chance to learn and try out new tools to handle your emotions. You will see how feelings influence your daily life and relationships and learn how to use the energy of your emotional state. Caty will teach you four possible ways to react consciously when difficult emotions are present. How you can shift your state of mind without suppressing your feelings, and how you can understand emotions as wise leaders. We will use techniques like journaling, self-observation, introspection, intention setting, listening, reframing, integrating polarities, and meditation to achieve these goals.
How it works
The Spring Course 2023 begins on the 28th of March and runs for 8 weeks. The group calls will be every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:30 pm CET. We will send all information to you via email.
We will meet as an interactive group on Zoom for 90 minutes. We have you covered if you can’t make it, as you get access to all recordings, typically the next day.
You will practice from one session to the next, observe your different emotional states of mind and behaviors and apply what you have learned. With 12-20 minutes of practice a day, you are likely to make real progress over the time of your journey.
The investment
The total price of the course is 300 Euros for 12 hours of live online teaching.
